Moving Meditation - Letting Go
The turmoil brought on by this pandemic has made us more conscious of what we hold onto and things we’ve had to let go of. Attachments take many forms and a first step is to notice them; our habits, preferences and baggage we carry around. Dancers practice methods of physical release to free their movements, alleviate wear and tear and give relief. We can apply this to our lives. In these sessions, we get curious about letting go.
DATES: September 19th, September 26th, October 3rd and October 17th
TIMES: Sundays 10:30 - 11:45 am ET via Zoom
